Returns & Exchanges

We include a 2 ml tester with every 100mL bottle order so you can try Bianca before opening your bottle. If the fragrance isn’t for you, return the unopened bottle within 30 days for an exchange or credit. Returns are free.

Shipping

We cannot ship internationally due to the alcohol content in the EDP.

Orders placed before 2 pm AEST are shipped the same day.

Express shipping, complimentary, 1–3 business days.

Bianca is bottled in Brisbane in small runs, each batch individually coded.
